YONKERS: City Officials Join Together To Break Ground On 25 Story Miroza On The Hudson Project

YONKERS (WESTCHESTER COUNTY) NY: A $200 million mixed use development Was kicked off by Mayor Mike Spano, City Council President Lakisha Collins-Bellamy, City Council Majority Leader Tasha Diaz, City Councilmember Shanae Williams, County Legislator James Nolan, County Legislator Vedat Gashi, Yonkers IDA President James Cavanaugh, Yonkers Housing Authority President Wilson Kimball, Yonkers Downtown BID President Sarah Brody. 

The 25 story, 250 unit, project is developed by Azorim which also developed the residential buildings at the Ridge Hill Complex in Northeastern Yonkers.

Situated in the downtown Yonkers area, the project will include 25 apartments designated as affordable.

Miroza on the Hudson still include many amenities for its residents including a fitness center, rooftop garden, a library, residential lounges, children’s playroom, and a party room.

Azorim COO Jack Klein said, “Azorim is thrilled to continue developing residential buildings in the City of Yonkers. Azorim is an Israeli developer with over 50 years of experience and its controlling shareholder is international businessman Hershey Friedman.
