YONKERS (WESTCHESTER COUNTY) NY: Someone Should Have Told Ely That You Need Mayor #MikeSpano To Give You A Key To The City of Yonkers; If You Want To Get Up Close And Personal And Curse #YPD Officers Out During An Attempt To Arrest Someone.

The #YonkersPoliceDepartment communications officer Dean Politopoulos said that Ely was convicted on interfering on government administration charges.

The #YonkersPD also say the sentence was 9 months, because Ely was out on probation form a case in #NYC.
